My passion for nutrition and health was sparked during my teen years while working in an Assisted Living Facility's nutrition department. Over the next two decades, I dedicated myself to Western Medicine, gaining experience in OB/GYN, Plastic Surgery, and Vascular Surgery Offices. However, my sister's battle with and victory over Osteosarcoma redirected my path towards holistic health.
My journey has led me to become a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, aiming to bridge Western and Eastern healthcare philosophies to promote genuine holistic health. My approach is rooted in proactive health management, focusing on disease prevention and reducing reliance on prescription medications whenever feasible.
